ORDERING POLICY
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
All wigs ordered on the website are processed & shipped out in 24-48 working hours (excluding weekends & public holidays) after placing your order.

For custom made TSA wigs (requests for any wig not already displayed on our website), production & shipping will take 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING POLICY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Delivery timelines varies, depending on the location. Locations within Lagos State, Nigeria, will be received within 24-48 hours of shipment. Packages sent outside Lagos State, Nigeria will be received within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please allow 3-5 working days to receive your package.

Side Note: For all packages sent out of Nigeria, the customer is liable for any charges incurred by customs in his/her own country. Such charges will be borne by the customer.
WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We offer great discounts to other vendors who want purchase at wholesale prices from us. However, the minimum order quantity is N3,000,000 worth of hair upwards.
